Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public access to many court and government records, but Phelps County record access depends on the custodian. The Circuit Clerk handles Circuit Court case files in Rolla. The Recorder of Deeds handles marriage licenses and marriage copies. The Sheriff's Department handles jail, custody, and law-enforcement request channels. Case.net supplies the statewide public case index, while federal cases use federal court systems.

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Missouri court, Phelps County office, sheriff's office, recorder, clerk, municipal court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
